14. Zero-Tolerance Anti-Fraud and IRSF Compliance

Onepremium operates a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding International Revenue Share Fraud (IRSF), Artificial Inflation of Traffic (AIT), PBX/Hacking Fraud, Roam-Fraud, and any other form of telecommunication abuse or manipulation.

By using our platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following enforcement measures:

  • Immediate Freezing of Funds: If our security systems detect traffic anomalies, or if any upstream telecom carrier, international operator, or regulatory authority flags, disputes, or refuses to settle payments for traffic generated through or directed to your account, Onepremium reserves the absolute right to immediately freeze all pending payouts, revenues, balances, and funds in your account indefinitely without prior notice.
  • Forfeiture and Confiscation of Balance: If an internal or external investigation confirms that the traffic was fraudulent, artificial, generated via hacked infrastructure, or part of an IRSF scheme, all frozen funds and revenues will be permanently forfeited and confiscated by Onepremium to cover system damages, carrier penalties, and legal expenses. You shall lose all legal claims and rights to any withheld balances under these circumstances.
  • Mandatory Reporting to Law Enforcement: Onepremium does not protect cybercriminals. In every confirmed or highly probable case of IRSF/AIT fraud, we will actively report the user’s full details (including registration names, emails, access IP addresses, connection logs, PayPal/billing details, and CDR records) to international law enforcement agencies, including but not limited to Europol, Interpol and relevant national cybercrime divisions.
  • Indemnification: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Onepremium, its parent companies, and its directors from and against any and all financial losses, carrier clawbacks, fines, legal fees, or liabilities resulting directly or indirectly from abusive or fraudulent traffic originating from or routed through your account.
